LET'S REWRITE OUR FUTURE
We are calling all female dreamers, builders, and doers.

It’s time to break down barriers and #CountHerin.
Every cup of Dilmah Tea contributes to a minimum 15% of pretax profits that are directed towards our diverse empowerment programs.
From supporting small entrepreneurs to empowering children and youth through scholarship programs and helping businesses move towards sustainability, we are committed to sharing a cup of kindness with underserved communities and fostering livelihoods based on dignified empowerment.
Since 2002, the MJF Charitable Foundation has worked towards uplifting and empowering underserved communities through impactful, sustainable initiatives.
Our work with small entrepreneurs began after the tragedy of the 2004 tsunami in an effort to help rebuild the livelihoods of affected communities. Since then over 2000 small businesses have been supported through our Small Entrepreneur Program (SEP), supporting women, men and persons with disabilities to reach their dreams through dignified empowerment.
Do you want to grow your small business? At Dilmah we believe in driving inclusion and dignified empowerment everyday. It’s what we do as part of our efforts to make the world a better tea. Join our competition and stand a chance to drive your business towards success! We will champion your dream and support you every step of the way through the MJF Foundation and the Genesis Project.
